The official and final 2010 Equine Canada / VaultCanada rules are available for download on the Equine Canada Website.

From the EC Home page, they are located under the left hand menu Rules of Equine Canada, then click on 2010, and then look for Section L, Vaulting. Here is a direct link. You will find two copies availible, one copy showing the changes from 2009 to 2010, and one clean copy. Take note that the Equine Canada General Regulations are the bases of the rules for all disciplines, but where the Vaulting Rules contradict the General Regulations, the Vaulting Rules have the final say.
